Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
I created a separate ticket for you since that last ticket was already closed.
Please follow these steps:
If you are not seeing any data inside your Analytics module, this guide might help you.
A. Pre-check List
1. You should not be using Google Analytics v4 or Matomo Analytics.
2. Update to the latest version of Rank Math Free & PRO
3. Ensure that you are logged in to your paid account:
4. Disconnect and reconnect your account from inside WordPress:
B. Refresh Tokens
1. Please delete RankMath’s app from here:
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
2. Delete the cache of already imported data from here:
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math-options-general#setting-panel-analytics
WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings & Analytics > Delete Data
3. Re-create tables by clicking WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the
Re-create database Table
button.
4. Reconnect the account inside Rank Math by clicking here and ensure that you approve all the permission notices that shows up:
WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click theReconnect
link
5. Let the process complete and it might take around 30 minutes.
6. Now head over to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the
Rebuild Index for Analytics
button.
7. Please check if the data shows up here:
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math-analytics#/
If that does not help, please paste the data from here:
WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > System Status and click theCopy System Info to Clipboard
button
We really look forward to helping you.
Hi Jeremy, the process seems to be stuck at the Table Recreate stage – its been there for over an hour. How will I know when its finished?
Also, is it possible I have GA 4 installed and if I have, how do I tell?
Thanks, GerryBy the way, I used GA Checker to see if the google analytics code was loaded on my website and it looks like the code is not installed. Not sure this helps, but I thought I’d let you know!
Hello,
Thank you for following up.
Could you also check if the tasks were successfully created? You can check them by going to WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Tasks or by replacing your domain name in this URL and opening it in a new browser tab:
https://domain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending
GA4 is still in beta and we do not support that. We have plans of implementing that in the future once their GA4 API matures. You can check this link for more information:
https://rankmath.com/kb/using-ga4/I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
Hello Reinelle, all scheduled tasks are complete.
Ah, I don’t know if “complete” is the same as “successful”…..
Yes, I understand about rankmath and GA4, I just wondered if I had somehow set up a GA4 account by mistake….Hello,
Thank you for following up.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
Thank you, and we really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you for following up.
I’ve checked your site, and it seems that you’re using GA4, that’s why the property is not showing your website.
Please follow the steps in the link below, and reconnect your Google account.
https://rankmath.com/kb/using-ga4/I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
Hi Reinelle, I’ve now got a green light on Analytics! Many thanks, Gerry
