May I ask if you have already imported your SEO setup from Yoast to Rank Math? If not yet, please follow the steps in this link:

If you have already imported your data from Yoast, could you please try to edit the affected post and see if the meta title, description, keywords are already showing in the Rank Math tab?

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

I have also tried the troubleshooting mode on your website and got the same error. Could you please FTP to your root directory /wp-content/ and check if the mu-plugins folder exists and the folder permission is set to 755 (read and write)?
Also, is it possible if you can manually deactivate temporarily all other plugins except Rank Math and see if the issue persists?

I fixed the problem and now you can use site health.
something is weird
When you set a focus keyword in Yoast, it gonna examine the whole line to find every each of word you used in Focus Keyword
for example:
Focus Keyword: Wireframe UI/UX
SEO Title: How to learn Wireframe for UI/UX
Yoast says 100% correct and I found your Focus keyword in this sentence
But RankMath treat someway another that you have to use the exact keyword you use in Focus Keyword
for instance:
Focus Keyword: Wireframe UI/UX
SEO Title: How to learn Wireframe for UI/UX = can’t recognize
SEO Title: How to learn Wireframe UI/UX = it recognize now!

You are right. At the moment, Rank Math only checks for the presence of an exact match of the keyword on the title. We are making improvements to our content analysis API, and you can expect an update to address this in the future.
Please note that the page score does not affect your SEO. This is just a reference point to indicate areas you need to improve for the best results. This means that since you already have a variation of the keywords appearing on the title, then this will improve the on-page SEO.
