    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Can you please provide more details of the error? You can try and take a screenshot of it. You can use tools like https://ibb.co/ and put the links in the Sensitive Data area.

    Also, ensure that you are not behind any VPN/proxy when making the payment, as some payment processors will block payments when you are behind them.

    Fastspring.com is our payment processor. The issue is with your card and our payment processor Fastspring. Please contact them and check with them why they are rejecting your payment.

    Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:

    – Payments in USD $
    – Supports subscription-based payments
    – You are not using a prepaid card
    – International payments are turned on

    If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using a credit card instead.

    You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment to go through and request them to approve it on your end.
