  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Ensure that you are using the latest version of Rank Math Free and Rank Math Pro. You may refer to our changelog here: https://rankmath.com/changelog/

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

I’m not on the Rankmath Pro. Do I need to have a paid plan to use redirects and use that database?

    Hello,

I apologize for the confusion, the default tab of the changelog page is for PRO, if you are a Free user looking for the reference, please head over to the Free tab. https://i.rankmath.com/JA7yeZ

With that said, you don’t need a Pro plan to use the Redirect module.

Looking forward to continuing to help you.

I’ve checked, and yes, I’m on the most recent Rankmath Suite release.
I tried to import redirections again, and it said it was a success. However, there are no redirections listed and the table was still not created.

    Hello,

I tried creating a test redirection, and it did not do anything.

Checking your htaccess I do see you have existing rewrites. It could be one of them is causing this issue. Can you try to back up the htaccess and use a default htaccess, and test adding redirection works?

If it does work, check your Status & Tools > System Status > Rank Math and see Database Table: Redirection & Redirection Cache exists or not?

I hope this resolves your issue.

I installed a new .htaccess, and then tried to add a redirection. Still not working. 🙁

Also, the existing rewrites are coming from the another redirection plugin. I am trying to import those into Rankmath, but it won’t work.

    Hello,

I checked your site and in Rank math > Status & Tools > System Status under Rank math it shows that the tables related to redirections are missing on your site, check the screenshot I have added in the sensitive section.

Since recreating the tables from the Database tools option doesn’t seem to create these tables, could you please share your CPanel access so we can try recreating this for you.

    Looking forward to helping you.
