Hi,
We are extremely sorry about that.
Could you please briefly disable the Redirections module and see if that fixes the issue?
If that doesn’t help, please share your WP logins in the sensitive data section so we can check.
Or, you could use this plugin to generate a temporary login link for us: https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
We look forward to hearing back from.
Hi,
I disabled the Redirections module and that worked.
But now I face the issue that I am unable to do any redirections.
Hi,
That means one of the redirections is causing this issue.
We would love to find that out for you. But, for that – we need your WP logins. Please add those in the sensitive data section so we can start working on finding the issue.
We look forward to helping you.
Hi,
I have found a workaround for now.
Switched off the Redirections module in Rankmath and installed the Redirection plugin.
I then imported all redirects from Rankmath into the Redirection plugin and the issue is solved.
There however is a real issue with the Redirection module in Rankmath as I have faced the issue on multiple sites and multiple servers so something you should look into as it is not good for a SEO plugin to break websites.
Hello,
I am glad you sorted it.
It doesn’t happen in 99 out of 100 cases. There has to be some redirection (mostly a regex) that broke some of the pages. This is because every plugin handles regex redirects differently.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Hello,
Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.
If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.
Thank you.
