    Settings successfully imported. Your old configuration has been saved as a backup.
    From Rankmath I have export the data from my previous website with the previous hosting. Few days back, I have designed my new website and purchase new hosting. Now, the file that I have export and wants to import, it shows this message ‘Settings successfully imported. Your old configuration has been saved as a backup’. My title and meta-tag description and all data is not showing. Kindly provide the solution and help me in this regards.

    I have changed my hosting and loaded my old hosting backup into the website.

    i am facing the same issue about which the link is attached above. I have allowed but it is suggesting and i am getting notification from google of “Result: Disallowed”. I am following these instructions;
    Rank MAth >> General Settings >> Edit robots.txt >> Edited, allowed and saved
    User-agent: *
    Allow: /

    After doing all this, i am going to Google SearchConsole >> URL Inspection >> Serching
    After searching i get this notification of disallowed i.e “Indexed, though blocked by robots.txt”. I have talked to the concerned person for my hosting but they told me that the issue is not at our end. There is plug-in issue and you must co-ordinate the concerned person for that.

    This could suggest that there is a conflict between Rank Math and one of your installed plugins. To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Try enabling only Rank Math, then check if the function is working. Then try enabling each plugin one by one until you found the plugin that conflicts when you try to add the keyword.

    I have checked all your pages and all of them are set to index.

    However, you seem to be using some other plugin or some online tool to generate the sitemap:
    sitemap

    and, your robots.txt file also seems to be incorrect:
    robots

    This is how your robots.txt should look like:

    User-agent: *
    Disallow: /wp-admin/
    Allow: /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
    Sitemap: https://yourdomain.com/sitemap_index.xml

    Could you please try to use the Rank Math sitemap and correct your robots.txt file?

    I have followed the instructions as told by the support team. Please check and confirm whether the is resolved or not? I have also done URL inspection on Google search console.
    If I will face the same issue I will get back to you.

    Hello,

    The sitemap appears fine, please enter the correct sitemap URL in the robots.txt file.

    After making the changes, re-submit the sitemap_index.xml in the search console and wait for some time for Google to crawl your sitemap.
