1. Is the sitemap working fine in your browser? You can check that by going domain(.)com/sitemap_index.xml
If the sitemap is working fine, you can try validating it on this link: https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/validate-xml-sitemap.html
If the validation works, please move to the second point.
I tried validating your site from https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/validate-xml-sitemap.html and it is working correctly.

2. Have you verified the correct version of your website on Google? Please check if you have verified the www (or non-www) and https (or http) version of your website. If there is a mismatch, please fix that.
3. Finally, make sure you have cleared the cache and excluded Google bot from seeing a cached version of your sitemap.
If you have followed these and you are able to view your sitemap without any problem, then Rank Math is outputting your sitemap correctly and the error must be coming from Google. You can try and use a 3rd party sitemap plugin to confirm. Just make sure you have disabled the Sitemap module of Rank Math in WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard when using a 3rd party sitemap plugin.
If the other plugin works, please do let us know.

I’ve checked your sitemap, and it seems that it’s already working fine. Could you make sure that you have submitted the cartomanzia.fun/sitemap_index.xml only?
Also, could you provide the exact error message showing upon checking? You can also take a screenshot or record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the issue and edit the first post on this ticket in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please try these steps to fix the issue:
1. Delete the sitemaps submitted from the Google Search Console.
2. Flush again the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

3. Clear all cache and exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

4. Add the sitemap_index.xml file again to your Google Search Console.

In the image, two versions of your sitemaps are working. Please ensure that you have verified these and only the https should be working.

i pause sitelink by rank math, install new plugin generated a new xml sitemap, but problem persist, so we can say that we have two reasons:
A) it’s a Google Bug
or
B) it’s a my web site that has problem

If it’s not working even with other sitemap plugin then as you said the issue is either with your site or the Google Console Account. Since the sitemap is validating just fine, could you please try and create anew Google Account then verify your site property, make sure you verify the correct version and finally submit your sitemap to the new account.
