I tried entering your wp-admin and logging in, but it brought an error notice.
If you want to access your admin back, you can go to your FTP and go to wp-content/plugins and rename the affected plugin, and you should be able to re-access your wp-admin.
I would suggest asking your hosting provider for help.

I have access back to my admin. RankMath is mostly turned off as the update caused the problems. Please can you have a look now and configure so all is working correctly?

It would be great if you can put in an FTP access information in the Sensitive Data section to use it to check.

I’ve successfully activated Rank Math without the errors you are getting. It seems like new tables are not getting created in the Database, or some old plugin has left an incorrect entry.
