    I was going to buy a plugin but I’m facing issues. I’ve tried your plugin on several websites and after installing your plugin, I can’t upload other plugins nor could I upload photos without manually creating folders on the backend.

    When I install plugin it says “Installation failed: Could not create directory.”

    It looks that this is related to a permissions issue.

    If it doesn’t work, I suggest getting in touch with your hosting provider so that they can check that and fix the folder issue.
