The sitemap is not stored, it is usually generated automatically according to the URLs on your site. To try and refresh your sitemap, can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article: https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
3. You should then remove any sitemap submitted in your GSC and only resubmit the main sitemap file(/sitemap_index.xml)

Muchas gracias por la respuesta. el problema es que ya esta reindexado las paginas, pero se siguen metiendo a través del plugins de RankMath para agregar indexaciones o meter codigos en los Breadcrumb.
actualmente tuve que instalar un plugin para poder ver donde se están metiendo y es por medio de su plugin de rankmath.
me gustaría poder enviarte una foto de los resultados
