In relation to your query here, well, TablePress is a suitable plugin for creating or inserting tables within your posts. Whether to enable pagination or infinite scroll options, depends on either of these two options.
1. Enhancing good user experience within the table rows.
2. The ability of search engines to index your post.
Pagination will enable your visitor and Google to go through your archive or in this case the table pages and find specific items they’re looking for. Even though Google is able to follow the paginated links to the next/previous page, it will take a vast amount of time to index all the subpages of the table if you have a lot of content.
On the other hand, you can enable infinite scroll If the focus Is less on the specific items in the table and more on going through the entire rows of the table. The only downside is that the content is hidden until scrolling. According to Google, content that is not hidden holds more SEO value than content that is hidden.
