kindly know that i set the post option in titles and meta to be title only in google search results but sometimes it is shown as post title+ website neme also for some posts although i set it it show post title only as i said>second issue i have duplicat meta description is website , so can you explain me what is the difference between single post description and description and how to solve the duplicte meta description

Though you can change the Meta title and description per post, you may need to set up it in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Posts as this:
Single Posts Description is the default for single posts pages, while the Description is the default description for all your posts.
To avoid duplicate meta title and description, the Headline must show
%seo_title%and the Description should show%seo_description%– this will ensure your SEO title and SEO Description that you set up via Rank Math can also be used for your Schema details.I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
