Sorry for the issue you are facing.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Do keep only Rank Math, Rank Math PRO, and WooCommerce enabled and see if the issue persists.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting. Please let me know if you find the conflicting plugin/theme.
If that doesn’t work, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

Thank you for the response. I have realised the error is brought by your new update. Everything was working fine, however, your after updating rank math, I got the error.
After reverting, it works just fine but after I update I can’t access the back end but the front end is working fine.
I have also tried to deactivate all other plugins with just Rank math plugin being active but I’m still getting the error. I’ve also checked for plugin conflicts but there is none.
Kindly assist.

Sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
It seems like new tables are not getting created in the Database or some old plugin has left an incorrect entry.
1. Please follow these steps to fix the issue:

2. Please follow only the first 2 steps and clear your caches. The following steps mentioned in the article are for advanced users.

I’ve tried everything, even using site health troubleshooting with different theme and only rank math plugin active but Meta description is not saving.
I have updated sensitive data with login details. Kindly visit posts, search for a post named African zebra facts and try to write anything in the meta description.
