This is usually a notification for a new post type detected, especially if you have installed a plugin that automatically creates a post type. You can clear this notification by clicking on the X icon on the notification.
You can safely ignore and close this notification. If it is still there after clicking the x button, then you might have to clear your cache. You can also head over to Rank math > Status & Tools > Database tools and Remove Transients.

I clicked the cross icon. I just want to know that the notification isn’t something serious, right? Like that won’t affect anything including Sitemaps and all.

No, it is nothing serious. You can safely ignore that especially if ata_snippets are not used to create separate content posts but it is work going through all tabs in WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta and ensure all settings are as per your requirements.
