I can´t install the plugin in WP

Hi

I have been trying to instal the plugin in WP, there´s a message related to the PHP version, but ctually I am using 7+ (see screenshots).

I don´t know what is wrong, there is not enought documenation about this issue, could you help me please?

Could you also provide the error message you get? Also, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Only the site admin would know, and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
