Rank Math does not show any more in post-edit

    Dear Support,

    rankmath does not show up in the editor any more. 10 Months ago i solved this by using an add_filter( ‘rank_math/gutenberg/enabled’, ‘__return_false’ ); The rankmath then showed up below the post – that was ok until now.

    Now i have the problem, that the plugin shows but completetly “useless” because no inputs can be made – and on existing posts no datas are showed.

    I deactivated all plugins for testing – the same behavior. Maybe it is the theme- but i cannot change it.

    please help. Tomorrow at 10 am i have an seo-workshop where i want to show this plugin to the audience. Your plugin is a big part of the workshop and i am very helpless at this point.

    I hope you can give an advice!

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), could you try a hard refresh to clear cache JS and CSS file with the page in question opened?
    Windows: Ctrl + F5
    Mac/Apple: Apple + R or command + R
    Linux: F5

    If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
