Hello,
Thank you so much for getting in touch.
Flat Posts table is the one we use to hold all your Analytics + Search Console data and match it with the data from within your WordPress Dashboard.
For example, if your post is /some-sample-post/
, we will put that in a table, match it with another URL from GSC + GA, take other details like its rankings, SEO Score, etc.. and then display that in a nice UI in the ANalytics section. If you using the Analytics feature of Rank Math, then both the Search Console and the Flat Posts tables need to be created.
To create the missing tables, please follow these steps:
1. Update to the latest version of Rank Math Free & PRO
2. Ensure that the Advanced Mode is selected:
3. Re-create tables by clicking WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Re-create database Table
button.
Please let us know if that helps.
i’ve done those steps still no changes
Hello,
From your previous post it seems that the plugin is outdated in your installation (v. 1.0.54.3). Please update the plugin to the latest version (v. 1.0.55) and try again the process of recreating the database tables.
If that doesn’t work, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
done i have made a username for you , you can check by yourself
Hello,
Thank you for that information.
I’ve checked your site, and it seems that these tables are still not created. Can you please verify if you have given the Rank Math App permission to read the Google Search Console data?
From here: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
If not, please reconnect the Google Accounts, from your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics
I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
Hi,
We will need some access to your CPanel too so we can investigate why the tables are not being created. Please include the access in the sensitive section so we can assist further.
Looking forward to helping you
thank you i’ve fixed it by empty wp_actionscheduler_actions database from my phpmyadmin then clicked on recreate database from rankmath and worked very well
