Assuming that you have already set Category Archives Robots Meta to index in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Product categories and ensure that these settings are disabled.

If they are already configured and still shown as noIndex, we might need to look closely at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure, and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Can you please share the affected link/archive page so that we can check it on our end.

Also, a screenshot of the area where you see the issue will be helpful as well for us to determine which causes this issue.

Yes, you must have enabled that option from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Global.
