Sitemap url is not working

    Dear Rankmath, When I open my site with the sitemap URL(sitemap_index.xml) then sitemap is not working and redirects to my website homepage, and while i login wp panel then sitemap url is working very well and log out then sitemap url is not working. Please help and solve this problem. Thank You
