Staging when installed rank math

    Hi,

    I set up rank math when my site was staging and then moved it to live. Now none of my SEO changes are saving. I logged into my account and noticed that the connected website on my account was that staging website. I therefore deleted it, then disconnected the site on my WP and then connected it again. The live site then appeared in my connected websites, but I still can’t get the SEO to save. On my WP pages, the SEO is saying N/A.

    Any help much appreciated.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Hi, I did as above and only activated rank math and my current theme and had the same problem. I’m using the same theme on another site and have had no issues!

    May I know if you have already cleared your website cache? Also, in your caching plugin (if you have any).

    If the issue persists after performing the steps given, please include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section for us to investigate further.
