Post Tag Sitemap – Page not found

Dear all,

I have recently switch from Yoast SEO to Rank math to be able to check the performance between the 2 plugins and choose what to keep.
It looks great but I have problem enabling Post Tags Sitemap, every other Sitemap is working fine.
I tried to clear the permalinks, do a lot of enable and disable in tags etc etc but no luck.
I also put the settings you advise in Nginx plesk panel of mine without any luck.

Can you please help me because post tags are very important for SEO and I do need them.
