This is stemming from a caching issue with SG Optimizer plugin. I have cleared the page cache from this plugin and the addition of menu items is now working flawlessly.

Cool I did try clearing cache but seemed not to work… they also updated that plugin earlier today so maybe that was a fix too.
I did not cause me an issue I just wanted to make you guys aware for future to be honest.
Love the plugin and am slowly moving all website over from Yoast to RM
