Rank math features have no location limitations. If there is anything you feel might be limited, please let us know, and we will guide you accordingly.
We also offer an option to show/import data from a specific region only, so the keyword tracking data will only work for that particular location. You can change the region worldwide to something else from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics.
