If I apply for a PRO plan Track 500 Keywords, are the keywords valid for 1 domain only? or can I distribute them to several websites/domains (I have more than 1 domain), eg: 100 keywords/domain.

Yes, you will be able to track used keywords on each of the sites managed under your package installation (distributed to all of your domains). The business plan allows for 20,000 keywords. Under added keywords in the Rank tracker, you will be able to monitor used keywords and the remaining keywords.
