Hello again,
So WordPress has updated to 5.2 and I have received an email that says: RankMath is causing a technical issue on your website.
Hello guys, one more addition, here is what there is in this email also: \
When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
WordPress version 5.5.3
Current theme: Astra (version 2.6.1)
Current plugin: Rank Math SEO (version 1.0.54)
PHP version 7.2.34
Thanks,
Vlad
I’m experiencing the same issue.
same issue for me. I cannot even see anything in the text editor. the weirdest thing is that it only occurs with some articles. some articles are perfectly fine.
Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
We have just released a new update, could you try to update Rank Math if it solves this issue?
Ensure that you are using the latest built:

Hope that helps. Thank you and looking forward to your update.
Hello Reinelle,
Unfortunately the problem continues. Now, after the update of the plugin I can see my RankMath keyword select bar, and when I insert the keyword and press enter or update, the page refresh itself automatically, and the keyword set up is dessapearing. Hence, I cannot insert the keyword for my posts (tried with 2 new ones) and as result, I cannot set the SEO and launch my articles.
Any help here will be much appreciated.
PS: all plugins and themes of my website are updated.
Thanks for your time,
Vlad
Last update on the issue,
I have managed to pick a keyword for my last post.
Now we have a new situation. The keyword selection is possible, but I cannot edit my Snippets (Title and Meta descriptions). I have tried to check older articles, but this case appeared there as well.
Also, I have received an email this morning that my XML sitemaps are missing and cannot be located.
My traffic today is literally 1 visitor which is an absolute drop and a problem that has to be fixed as soon as possible from my side.
Can you please assist me with this? I will assist with anything I can.
Thanks again for your assistance,
Vlad
Hello,
I’m sorry for the delay.
Could you try a hard refresh to clear the cache JS and CSS file with the page in question opened?
Windows: Ctrl + F5
Mac/Apple: Apple + R or command + R
Linux: F5
