Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
You can fix the account notice issue by disconnection and then reconnecting your Rank Math account. Since you are using the Google XML sitemaps plugin, you will need to submit the new sitemap to the search console to connect Rank Math to your profile.
Here is a plugin that I can recommend that you use as an alternative https://wordpress.org/plugins/xml-sitemap-feed/ to be able to get the Google news sitemap functionality.
