You don’t seem be using Rank math on your site and neither is the robots.txt generated by Rank math.
Please note that Rank math generates the robots.txt automatically and we usually ask users to rename or delete any robots.txt file they my have in their root folder.
If you do switch back to Rank math, given your current sitemap structure is sitemap.xml, you should also remove your sitemap and resubmit Rank math generated sitemap which is usually /sitemap_index.xml
