You can modify the description and add a manual review description inorder to remove the insertion of VC shortcodes as shown below:

or you can disable the option to show reviews on the frontend by adding the following code on your functions.php file:

/**
 * Filter: Allow disabling the review display.
 *
 * @param bool $return true to disable.
 */
add_filter( 'rank_math/snippet/review/hide_data', '__return_true' );
