    Hi

I’ve been waiting for a reply to my post about the above. I published a page with FAQSchema and Google have flagged an error (see screenshot and URL in sensitive data)

Can you advise how to solve this please as I’m not sure what I have done.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

This issue happens in case you have added the FAQ block but hidden all the FAQs inside since there is no FAQ but the Schema is present:

Hope that helps. Thank you and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Thanks for your reply.

I’m not sure I understand why it is still not showing. I’ve watched your video and that’s how I added them.

I’ve attached screenshots as the FAQs are visible inside the FAQ Schema block and when I view the page they are visible on the internet. Not sure what you mean when you say they are all hidden inside as I haven’t clicked on the eye to hide them.

    Thanks

    Hello,

In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

I’m not sure what has happened but it seems to have resolved itself. Could you take a look at the webpage and check that the FAQ Schema now?

    Thanks for your help.

    Hello,

Glad that helped. The FAQ schema is already showing on your website.

Please feel free to reach out to us again in case you need any other assistance.

    We are here to help.

    Thank you.
