RankMath Not Showing/Working Properly - Support

I had a site designed with Yoast and then hired a web developer to work on my site and design it nicely.

Long story short, he suggest RankMath instead of my Yoast and installed RankMath Pro Business for me. Now after handing the site over to me, I noticed that when I edit a product page, RankMath does not show the pages score, title, meta description or allow me to enter keywords for the page.

I am not sure how to solve this issue. I have clearing transients etc but nothing helped. I even rollbacked to see and that didn’t work either.

As you can see, the page title isn’t showing. The description isn’t showing (this page already has a title and stuff written for it) and if I write a keyword, it will not get highlighted in red yellow green and show the pages score.

What are my options and how can I fix it?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

You may need to hit “enter” after typing the keyword/s for it to work. It seems to be working fine on our end:

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Thank you for the response. I will go through the troubleshooting steps and report back.

PS: I did press enter when entering keywords. The plugin works properly on few pages and products but doesn’t work properly on the rest of the site.

I’m guessing it’s probably some conflict so I’m gonna try that out and if I don’t come right, I will submit the login details.
