I am trying to setup my woocommerce website with Rank Match plugin, after connecting it with my google account when I come to General settings > Analytics and go to Analytics section beneath Search Console I do not see the desired property in the drop down list which I setup using Google analytics. Please help.

Note: I have created this property using new Google Analytics 4.

Word on the street is that Rank Math is not compatible with Google Analytics v4. Striking that this has been known for over a month that it wouldn’t work and I’ve yet to see any kind of update or even acknowledgement of it.

I’ve tried to get more information on this topic but the only topic with information on this is only accessible to PRO members.

It’s not a Pro Member only thing, there’s at least one post from about 1.5 months ago where they discussed that GA4 Properties are not currently compatible with any version of RM not just RM Pro.

They mentioned that it is currently being worked and they’ll let us know once they have it available. I’m thinking that this probably will be a thing this month if not by January sometime.

Remember that whether you have the free version or the paid version, Analytics features are in both, so this information isn’t hidden by a paywall, nor will it be released to one group before the other because Google is pushing everyone to upgrade to GA4 properties this feature needs to be updated across the board.

GA4 compatibility will come out soon enough. It’s probably their #1 priority right now.

    Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

GA4 is relatively a new product and is in Beta, & there could be data discrepancies if we were to integrate them into Rank Math. And the fact that their APIs are not yet fully ready for 3rd party integration, there is not much we can do.

However, we will begin working on the integration as soon as they improve their V4 API.

In the meantime, you can enable GA v3 by following this:
    create a property
    and then choose
    ga 3

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
