Index Now Error

    Whenever I add any new post and click publish, the index now is posting the post in all-category (no-category) permalink instead of actual category permalink.

    this may create issue, please fix this bug.

    This isn’t an issue with the IndexNow API, but an issue with your permalink structure. To ensure that the correct category name is applied in the URL, please choose the correct primary category of that particular post.     Thanks for the response, but here in latest wordpress version 6.9, both in Gutenberg and classic editor its not showing any option (as shown in the rankmath url) to select the primary category.

    Please check and fix this issue in index now.

    We see the issue now. The primary category selector is not showing because you haven’t set your primary taxonomy for your post. See screenshot:

    You also didn’t see this option in our plugin settings because you haven’t turned on our Advanced mode.

    We have gone ahead and enabled this for you and selected the option category as your primary taxonomy. You should now be able to select a primary category in your posts, which should reflect the post permalink structure.
