Could you please remove your sitemaps on GSC and resubmit only the main sitemap sitemap_index.xml then allow some time for it to be crawled, this has been known to resolve the issue.
Also, I noticed you have a lot of links to be crawled, Google sometimes takes a few days to process it, after resubmitting your sitemap, I would recommend waiting a few days and after that check it again.
