Can’t sign up

  • I’m trying to sign up for the Pro plan, and I keep getting this message:

    “We regret that your order could not be accepted. We value your business and would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance.”

    Is there a problem?

    Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:

    – Payments in USD $
    – Supports subscription-based payments
    – You are not using a prepaid card
    – International payments are turned on

    If you are using a Proxy or VPN, please disable that and use your actual ISP to make the purchase.

    Also, if you are trying to validate data while accessing the website from a different location, you need to force the change of country in the dropdown at the upper right corner of the screen.
