Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with Rank Math and the Google Search Console integration. It seems like there might be a connection issue or a problem with fetching data from Google.
Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this:
-
Reconnect Your Google Account: Go to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics and try reconnecting your Google account. This can help refresh the connection and may resolve the blank screen issue.
-
Test Connections: In the same Analytics settings, use the Test Connections option to check if Rank Math is properly connected to your Google account. A green signal indicates a valid connection, while a red signal indicates an issue.

-
Check for Updates: Ensure that you are using the latest version of Rank Math. Sometimes, updating the plugin can fix bugs and improve functionality.
-
Clear Cache: If you have any caching plugins installed, clear the cache to ensure that you are seeing the most recent version of your site.
-
Rebuild Index for Analytics: Navigate to Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → Database Tools and select Rebuild Index for Analytics. This can help in fetching the data correctly.

Hello,
Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
Please follow this guide to help you with your concern: https://rankmath.com/kb/install-google-analytics/
Make sure that you are not connecting to Google Search Console via a domain property but rather a URL prefix and that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).
Here’s also a guide you can follow when verifying your website to Google: https://rankmath.com/kb/google-site-verification/
Then, try reconnecting your Google account. Remove RankMath’s app from your Google apps permissions: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
Then, head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and reconnect the Google service and this time, ensure that all permissions are checked:

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
