Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Hi, it works only after i press save in rank math menu. And after 1-2 days, again, same problem.
Actually, it’s the Remove base, Remove category base that does not work properly, sometimes the categories return 404.
Why those answers take so long?
I think i will move back to Yoast, support is a disaster.

The remove base option needs to be set only once but if you have to flush rewrite rules again and again by hitting the save button – that means you have some issue with your .htaccess file. Can you check with your web host?
If the feature isn’t compatible with your web server, you can safely keep that disabled since you have setup category archives to be noindex anyway.
