Urgent Issue: “Import from AIOSEO” Option Has Disappeared After Using “

#1120644
  • To the Rank Math Support Team,

I am a new user trying to migrate my website, dressart3d.com, from All in One SEO to Rank Math. I have encountered a critical issue with your import tool that has completely blocked my progress.

Here is a step-by-step account of what happened:
I installed Rank Math and went to the Status & Tools > Import & Export tab.
I saw the option to “Import from All in One SEO Pack.”
I ran a partial import by mistake, with some options unchecked.
To correct this, I clicked the red “Clean” button to remove the partial data and start over.
After clicking “Clean,” the entire “All in One SEO Pack” import section disappeared from the Import & Export tab and is now gone.

I have tried deactivating, deleting, and reinstalling the Rank Math plugin multiple times, but the AIOSEO import option does not reappear. It seems the “Clean” button has permanently set a flag in your database that is preventing the importer from showing up again.
This has completely stopped my migration. I need to perform a full import from AIOSEO before I can use your plugin.
Could you please assist me in one of two ways?

Option A (Preferred): Can you please look at my Rank Math account in sensetive data and manually reset the import flag for my site, dressart3d.com?

Option B: If that is not possible, could you please completely delete my Rank Math account so that I can create a brand new one and start the setup process from a truly clean slate?

This is a very frustrating issue caused by the “Clean” button’s behavior. Any help you can provide to reset my account’s status would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time and support.
    Best regards,
    Joseph Vella

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the import tool while migrating from All in One SEO to Rank Math. Thank you for providing a detailed account of the steps you’ve taken; it helps us understand the situation better.

It seems that the "Clean" button may have affected the visibility of the import option. Unfortunately, we cannot manually reset flags or delete accounts directly from here. However, we recommend that you reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will be able to assist you further with your issue.

In your reply, please include your site URL, dressart3d.com, so that the support team can investigate the matter more effectively.

Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue for you!

This is an automated reply from Rank Math Support Bot. Your ticket has been assigned to a human agent and we will get back to you shortly.

My website is https://dressart3d.com. I need the reply od a human agent to thus ticket. All details are in the thicket.

Any chance of talking to a human pls

I have spent the entire day troubleshooting this issue myself and have managed to solve the initial problem. I had to perform a full site restore to a previous date, create a brand new Rank Math account with a different email, and start the setup wizard from a completely clean slate. This is a significant flaw in your plugin’s design that your support team should be aware of.
After all that work, I have successfully run the import.
However, the process is now stuck on the final step: “Starting SEO score recalculation.” The progress log has been frozen at this stage for several hours.
I am writing to inform you that this process is failing. I am currently leaving the process running to give it every chance to succeed, but I am not confident.
I want to be very clear: this entire experience—from the destructive “Clean” button to the unhelpful initial support response and now the stalled recalculation—has been incredibly frustrating. If this issue is not resolved and I cannot successfully migrate to your plugin, I will be leaving a detailed 1-star review on the WordPress repository, explaining the critical flaws in your software and the lack of effective support.
I am giving you the opportunity to address this.
    Best regards,

    Hello,

Sorry about this, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
