SEO Details Column Showing Keyword Not Set / Schema N/A

#1118712
  • Hi,

I’m using the latest free version of Rank Math on my WordPress site (madlydelish.com). The SEO Details column in Posts within WordPress → all new article posts or any article posts updated shows “Keyword not set” and “Schema Article N/A”.

Inside each post, everything looks correct — focus keywords are present, SEO scores are green, and the schema type is set to Article. The issue only affects the dashboard display.

    I’ve already:

Rebuilt the Rank Math index and recalculated SEO scores

    Re-created missing database tables

Cleared caches (Jetpack/Boost, browser, and site cache)

Deactivated/reactivated both Rank Math and Jetpack Boost

Verified Advanced Mode is on and post meta boxes are visible

Can you confirm if this is part of the current display bug and if there is anything I can do to fix this as it is driving me crazy.

    Thanks for your help,

    Meghan

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the SEO Details column showing "Keyword not set" and "Schema Article N/A" on your WordPress site. Thank you for providing detailed information about the steps you’ve already taken to troubleshoot this issue.

It seems like you’ve done a thorough job in trying to resolve this, including recalculating SEO scores and re-creating missing database tables. However, since the problem persists, it may be related to a display bug or a caching issue that hasn’t been fully resolved yet.

Here are a few additional steps you can try:

    1. Check for Plugin Conflicts: Temporarily deactivate other plugins (except Rank Math) to see if there’s a conflict causing this issue.
    2. Update Rank Math: Ensure that you are using the latest version of Rank Math. Sometimes, bugs are fixed in newer releases.
    3. Inspect Browser Console: Check the browser console for any JavaScript errors that might be affecting the display of the SEO Details column.
    4. Re-save Posts: Sometimes, simply re-saving the posts can trigger a refresh in the database and update the display.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, we recommend replying to your ticket so that a human agent from the Rank Math Support team can take over and provide more specific assistance. Please include any relevant details or screenshots that might help them understand the situation better.

Thank you for your patience, and we hope to get this resolved for you soon!

    Hi!
I’m experiencing the same issue on a long-standing client site that used to be just fine until the latest RankMath update.

I’ve tried everything OP has and your suggestions, all to no avail.

    Please help.

    Hi there,

Thanks for getting back to me.

    1. Already done. I have not added in new plugins in at least 6 months and I only recently started having issues. With that said, per looking at the console maybe there is an issue with Jetpack but I did try and deactivate Jetpack Boost to no avail.

    2. I deleted Rank Math and added the newest version. Nothing new.

    3. Tried to add screenshot but it wont let me add to this response and I don’t see where I can attach it.

    4. Have done that multiple times and it does not work.

Last night the article I was having issues with showed up with SEO details in wordpress only after I published a new article that does not show SEO details. I went through all my articles and it seems the newest article and any article I update don’t show details but then there were a few random articles that I don’t think I have touched in a while that are also missing Seo details where previously they were not.

    Thank you,

Meghan (oh and no worries about emailing me at my other email, I wasn’t sure what email was attached to this account but just ignore that request)
