Unable to see subscription or add it to new accounts

    2. Merging Accounts: If you have multiple accounts (a FREE account and a PRO account), you may need to merge them. To do this, please reply to your ticket with the email addresses you want to connect to your PRO account, and our support team will assist you.

Disconnect and Reconnect: If you are still having trouble, try disconnecting your Rank Math account from your website and then reconnecting it using the correct email associated with your PRO plan.     Do you know the email ID it would come from? Not seeing anything

    I’ve attached other emails. But it may just be your system. Previosly it wouldn’t show my purchase.
