How to instantly update the AMP content?

I am using newspaper themex and AMP wordpress Plugin.
After I edited a post, website only show the updated content when I directly pasted the URL on google URL bar.
If I click the post through google search snippet, it shows me the non-update content of my AMP post.

What I have tried to get the instant AMP content update. Below Methods are unordered
After edited the post:

• Clear cache through WP super Cache
• https://cdn.ampproject.org/c/myPostUrl (Pasted it on google URL Bar, in order to update Google AMP Cache)
• https://cdn.ampproject.org/c/s/myPostUrl (Pasted it on google URL Bar, in order to update Google AMP Cache)

However, all methods did not work.
