    Hi,

    I am having trouble renewing my subscription. I wanted to change my payment method, but I accidentally canceled my subscription. At the time of cancellation, I was offered a lower rate of around $290. I clicked that I was interested, but nothing happened after clicking, and now my subscription is inactive. I want to renew it. What should I do? Please help.

    On rare occasions, it takes a little while for the system to set up and reconcile payments.

    However, we can see that the renewal status has been completed.
