Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with Rank Math not displaying the URL in the Google Search Dashboard. This can sometimes happen due to connection issues or if the Google account is not properly linked.
Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:
-
Check Connection: Ensure that your website is connected to the correct Rank Math account that has a PRO license. You can verify this by going to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help and checking the account connection.
-
Reconnect Google Account: If the connection seems fine, try disconnecting and reconnecting your Google account. Go to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics, and click on Disconnect Account. After that, reconnect your account by clicking Connect Now.
-
Test Connections: In the same Analytics settings, use the Test Connections option to check if Rank Math is able to connect to your Google account successfully. A green signal indicates a valid connection, while a red signal indicates an issue.

-
Update Rank Math: Ensure that you are using the latest version of Rank Math. Sometimes, updating the plugin can resolve connectivity issues.
-
Clear Cache: If you are using any caching plugins, clear the cache and check again.
If you have tried these steps and are still experiencing issues, please reply to this ticket with any error messages you might see or additional details about the problem. A human agent from our support team will then assist you further.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to resolve it quickly for you!

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Please try to follow the steps below and see if that works for you.
1. Please make sure that you have verified your website on Google Search Console. If not, follow this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/google-site-verification/
Also, make sure that you are not connecting to Google Search Console via a domain property but rather a URL prefix and that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).
2. After that, please remove RankMath’s app from your Google apps permissions by following this guideline: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
3. Once done, reconnect the Google account again from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Search Console and Analytics settings again.
Kindly check all necessary checkboxes to allow Rank Math to access some of the Google Services.
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
