Hello,
I apologize for the issue you are facing with the breadcrumbs schema not appearing on your website. Since you have enabled breadcrumbs and are using both Elementor Pro and Rank Math Pro, it should ideally add the necessary Breadcrumb Schema automatically.
Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:
-
Check if the Breadcrumbs are Displayed: Ensure that the breadcrumbs are actually visible on your front end. You can do this by visiting a page where you expect them to appear.
-
Use the Shortcode: If you haven’t already, try adding the breadcrumbs using the shortcode [rank_math_breadcrumb]
in your Elementor template or any other page where you want them to show up. This can sometimes resolve issues with visibility.

-
Disable Other Breadcrumbs: Make sure that no other plugins or your theme are adding their own breadcrumbs, as this can cause conflicts. If they are, consider disabling them.
-
Validate Schema Again: After making these adjustments, validate your schema again using Google’s Rich Results Test tool to see if the BreadcrumbList
schema appears.
If you have followed these steps and still do not see the BreadcrumbList
schema, please reply to this ticket with your website URL so that a human agent from our support team can assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern!

Hi, I have tried all the options you mention but it doesn’t work. Can you check on my website: https://trackify.vn?
Thanks.
Hello,
Your site is showing a maintenance page. Please ensure that it is working so we can check the schema.
Also, you mentioned that you’re using Rank Math PRO, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.
Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com or the email address you used to purchase so we can locate your account and verify it?
Looking forward to helping you.
Hi, my website now work properly. Can you check it please?
More note: When I check schema with Ahref plugin on Chrome, I can see breadcrumbs. But when check with Schema.org or Rich result Test, it show nothing.
Hello,
If you’re checking your homepage for the breadcrumbs schema, then it is not added there by default.
Please note that our plugin applies the Breadcrumbs Schema to the whole site except the homepage.
Your homepage does not need to display the breadcrumbs, as it is the starting/landing page.
The breadcrumbs help your users/visitors navigate your website’s hierarchy structure, so there’s no need to display them at the start of your site.
You can validate your other posts, and the breadcrumbs schema is already added:
