  • Hi, I received an email saying auto-renewal for my pro plan has failed, I have updated my payment method but i can not find and invoice or payment link to make my payment. Can you please send me an invoice with link so I can continue my subscription?. thanks

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with your payment and invoice. To download your invoice, you can follow these steps:

    1. Invoice Through Email: Check your email for the invoice that is automatically sent whenever you make a purchase.

    2. Rank Math Subscriptions Section: Log in to the Rank Math account area and navigate to the Subscriptions section from the left sidebar. In the Invoices tab, you can find all your invoices for Rank Math PRO subscriptions. You can download the invoice by clicking the Download Invoice icon next to the required invoice.

    3. FastSpring Consumer Support Page: Alternatively, you can download it from the FastSpring Consumer Support page. Fill in the required details and click Search to find your invoice.

    If you need to update your invoice, please contact FastSpring Consumer Support directly through their support page and select Billing Information as the topic.

    The renewal will happen automatically for the active subscription using your saved payment method. FastSpring, our payment processor, automatically retries the charge 1, 3, and 5 days after a declined rebill/payment fails.
