    Hello Rank Math Support,

    I upgraded to the Pro version today, but I cannot find the Pro plugin available for download anywhere. Also, my license is still showing as “Free” instead of “Pro.”

    Could you please check this for me and let me know how I can access the Pro features?

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with your Pro upgrade. It seems that you may have upgraded to the Pro version using a different email address than the one you are currently logged in with. To resolve this, please follow these steps:

    1. Log into your Rank Math account and check if the Pro version is available for download in your dashboard.
    2. If it is not available, try logging out and then logging back in using the email address associated with your Pro subscription.
    3. Once logged in correctly, you should be able to download the Pro plugin from your account area.

    Additionally, ensure that you have connected your Rank Math account in the WordPress admin area by navigating to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help and clicking on Connect Now.

    Hello again,

    I have upgraded to Pro plan from my free account with an e-mail address. During the payment process with Paypal, i think the address I have stored in Paypal was used.

    Please merge both mail addresses together.
