Can’t add payment method

    Trying to add payment method, but not getting link from Fastspring. Tried accessing Fastsrping account directly, same issue. Junk/spam empty.

    3. Contact Your Email Provider: If you still don’t see the email, it might be worth contacting your email provider to ensure that emails from FastSpring are not being blocked.
    4. Try a Different Email: If possible, try using a different email address to see if that resolves the issue.

    Got in, changed the payment method, but today I still got an email from m*****@f************* saying:

    “Unfortunately, your payment didn’t go through and you will lose access to all the premium features and SEO preferences unless you act now.”

    I logged back in, the card is there, but shows last charge 9/17. Can you try to charge it please? thanks.

    FastSpring, our payment processor, automatically retries the charge 1, 3, and 5 days after a declined rebill/payment fails.

    If you have recently fixed or updated your payment method, please ensure that it has enough money, including VAT/Tax, to cover the renewal and wait for the rebill.

    I’m pretty sure they already tried all 5 times since it expired 9/10. The issue was an old card, which they tried multiple times. Then I updated the form of payment two days ago and they haven’t tried again. Should I continue to wait? My form of payment has plenty of funds by the way. Thank you for your help.
