Referral Commission

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the referral program and the lack of data in your analytics. To ensure that everything is set up correctly, please check the following:

1. Google Analytics Tracking Code: Make sure that the Google Analytics tracking code is properly installed on your website. You can verify this by checking for the measurement ID (G-XXXXXX) in the source code of your site. If you haven’t added the tracking code yet, you can enable the Install Analytics code option in Rank Math’s Analytics settings.
   

2. Country-Wise Data: If you have set your analytics to show data only from specific countries, ensure that there are organic visitors coming from those countries. If there are no visitors from the selected country, the graph will show zero traffic.
   

3. Debugging Analytics Issues: If you still do not see any data, consider creating an Analytics debug log file to help our support experts examine the issue further. You can add the following filter to your WordPress theme’s rank-math.php file:

   add_filter( 'rank_math/analytics/log_response', '__return_true' );

   After adding this filter, go to WordPress Dashboard → Tools → Scheduled Actions → Pending and run the pending Scheduled Action named rank_math/analytics/data_fetch. Once done, please share the debug log file with us.
