Rank Math free

Hello,

My WordPress theme already makes some schemas tags by default.
I also use Rank Math.

You advise that:
1. I disable my theme’s schema tags and leave only those in Rank Math
2. I keep my theme tags enabled along with the Rank Math plugin

For SEO, which is better? I currently have Schema and plugin enabled.

Looking at my site in the Google tool, I think there are many tags listed:

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

In this kind of scenario, I would recommend that you continue using the schema data on your theme and disable rich snippets in Rank Math. This is because it is not recommended to have duplicate tags on the same page.
You can achieve this by heading over to Rank Math > Dashboard and unchecking the Rich snippets option.
