Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with Rank Math not recognizing the Google Search Console and Analytics account for your website. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:
-
Check if Rank Math SEO Account is Connected: Ensure that your website is connected with the Rank Math account that has a PRO license. You can do this by logging into your Rank Math account and navigating to the My Account area, then clicking on the Websites tab. If your website is not listed, you may need to reconnect it.

-
Reconnect Google Services: If the connection is correct but still not working, try refreshing the authorization tokens. You can do this by disconnecting and reconnecting your Google services. To disconnect, go to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help and click Disconnect Account. Then reconnect by clicking the Connect Now button.

-
Check Domain Name in Google Analytics: Ensure that the domain name configured in Google Analytics matches your actual site. Go to your Google Analytics account, navigate to Admin → Property → Property Settings, and check the Default URL.

-
CRON Issues: If your website relies on WP-CRON, ensure that DISABLE_WP_CRON
is set to false
in your wp-config.php
file. You can also use the WP Crontrol plugin to check for any CRON errors.

If you have followed these steps and are still experiencing issues, please reply to this ticket with your site URL so that a human agent from our support team can assist you further.

I’ve never needed the pro license to do this. I don’t need it.
Hello,
Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
Please follow this guide to help you with your concern: https://rankmath.com/kb/install-google-analytics/
Make sure that you are not connecting to Google Search Console via a domain property but rather a URL prefix and that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).
Here’s also a guide you can follow when verifying your website to Google: https://rankmath.com/kb/google-site-verification/
Then, try reconnecting your Google account. Remove RankMath’s app from your Google apps permissions: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
Then, head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and reconnect the Google service and this time, ensure that all permissions are checked:

Hope that helps.
