1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

3. Apply the following filter code to your site.
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');

4. Remove all your sitemaps from your Google Search Console and re-submit only the index sitemap (yoursite/sitemap_index.xml)
5. If the issue persists, please try removing all your sitemaps from your GSC account again and try submitting the following: yoursite/?sitemap=1.

4 results in couldnt fetch error

5 repeated and now says success, but if I open the sitemap 4 lines still have errors.
btw the sc_product-sitemap still has an error but is no longer showing old urls

Your site is only showing a sitemap code.
In this case, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), this can be caused by a conflicting plugin/theme with Rank Math.

Ive used Site Heath, everything disabled and still only get same results even before I try re-enabling plugins
